There was a fabulous Evening of Music on May 6, 2016 on Orcas Island. Michael Harlow, violinist and graduating high school senior was joined by musicians he wanted to honor in concert at the Orcas Island Community Church. Michael conceived the idea for the concert as a means to “give back to the Island community which has given so much to me”. Performing with Michael are members of the Orcas High School String Quartet, Paris Wilson, Zach Waage, and Anthony Kaskurs; Orcas School Orchestra Teacher, Pamela Wright; Michael’s music coach and accompanist, Erma Windsor; and featured artist, Master Violinist, Monique Mead.
